All you need to is reach out to us with your idea/ reference image and we’ll together design your perfect fit each step of the way, starting from yarn selection to the final result we’ll
keep you in loop throughout the process and bring your imagination to reality.
STEPS THAT WE FOLLOW:
• Understanding your ideas through detailed sketch: First we try and understand your requirements through reference images or inspirations that you share with us and try to
make a sketch as detailed as possible ( please note that since we follow a very organic process of handknitting and crocheting, the sketches are just for an understanding the idea not the actual design)
• Yarn selection: We then suggest the best possible yarn options that would go with your design.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• We only take orders for handcraftedpieces like: crochet, knits, macramé,beaded garments/ accessories. We don’twork with fabrics.
• We’re open to upcycling . You can send inyour existing garments or thrifted piecesand we can discuss on the ideas of howwe can use the craft to upcycle it andmake it one of a kind!
• Customizations require extra time, effortand expertise from our team, so wecharge 20% extra for the same, yourunderstanding is appreciated.
• You’ll need to pay 50% of the totalamount in advance to confirm your orderand proceed with the process.
• Custom made orders are not eligible forreturn/ exchange. We take extra care thatyou’re completely satisfied with the finaloutcome before shipping.
